Senior HRIS Specialist
The primary focus of this position is the support and maintenance of Workday in addition to other systems. It leads and acts as a liaison between specific user areas such as Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, Learning and Development and Information Technology Services to define business problems and opportunities for improvement. This individual serves as a point-of-contact for ensuring data integrity, documenting requirements, testing of system changes, platform integration, assisting with regular Workday upgrades, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities, supports annualized HR processes. Supports system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned. Ensures HR is delivering timely, accurate and complete data entry processing into GHRP(Workday).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required.
- Workday HRIS experience is required
- 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in an office environment using relational database applications, including data entry and report writing using data queries
- HRIS Specialist - Previous experience as super user or advanced user in a HRIS solution required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources is required
- Prior experience in Success Factors a plus.
- Prior experience with Payroll project implementation and time clock integration is a plus.
- HCM system experience
- System troubleshooting experience
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel - V lookup and pivot table know how a must
- Strong MS Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
What will be expected from you?
- Implement HRIS solutions which provide ease of use by associates (individual contributors and managers) performing HR work processes while maintaining data integrity and consistency with HR programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside of Indorama Ventures global Human Resources team to ensure solutions that are implemented optimize the end-to-end processes.
- Provide thought leadership in HRIS and build within the organization an understanding of the rationale for change (including making the business case) and gain buy-in for recommendations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
