Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing tailored advice and solutions to meet their financial goals.
- Monitor client portfolios and ensure alignment with investment strategies and risk tolerance.
- Deliver high-quality service and support, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
 
Team Leadership:
  - Recruit, train, and mentor new financial advisors to build a high-performing wealth management team.
  - Foster a collaborative culture that encourages knowledge sharing, professional development, and ethical practices among team members.
  - Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team accountability and growth.
 
Business Development:
  - Develop and implement strategic plans to attract new financial advisors and expand the wealth management division.
  - Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance service offerings and attract new clients.
  - Network with industry professionals to build relationships and enhance the firm’s reputation in the marketplace.
 
Integration of Technology:
  - Lead the integration of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and portfolio management tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  - Train team members on the use of CRM and portfolio management systems to improve client service and reporting capabilities.
  - Continuously evaluate tech solutions to optimize the team's workflow and client interaction.
 
Compliance and Risk Management:
  - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions and advisory practices.
  - Implement risk management strategies to protect client assets and interests.
 
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (CFP, CFA) preferred.
- Required licenses: SIE, Series 63, 65 or 66 and Series 7 (or capability of obtaining Series 7 within 4 months of hiring date).
- 5 or more years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Ideally proven track record in recruiting and managing financial advisors, with strong team-building skills.
- Extensive knowledge of investment strategies, financial markets, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in CRM and portfolio management systems, with a strong desire to leverage technology for enhanced client service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
