Senior Executive
THE ROLE

We are an Economic Group  seeking a bilingual CFO to join our team. You will play a crucial role in our financial health and guiding our strategic decisions.

You'll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following:
 

  • Analyzing industry trends, assessing the financial health of the company, and recommending actions to maintain or enhance performance
  • Conducting comprehensive analyses of costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and actual performance against business plans
  • Identifying and evaluating opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement
  • Overseeing the operations of the finance department, setting goals, and designing frameworks to achieve them
  • Managing the preparation of the company's budget and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Conducting regular assessments of financial procedures and implementing improvements as necessary
  • Reviewing the work of the finance team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of financial processes
  • Developing new metrics for measuring business performance relative to strategic priorities and minimizing risk
  • Driving value within the business through margin enhancement, cost reduction initiatives, and operational efficiencies
  • Providing insights into spending trends, cost-saving opportunities, and margin optimization strategies.
  • Advising on investment activities and devising strategies to maximize returns while mitigating risks
     

Requirements

  • C1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skills
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in similar roles
  • Proven experience creating and optimizing financial processes
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing Finance Teams.
  • Experience in Energy, Mining and Food & Beverage.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Graduated with a college degree
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly learn how to use new tools and software
