SR PROJECT MANAGER
We’re looking for an experienced Sr. Project Manager to help drive high-impact initiatives across our client's Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. This is a full-time, remote position based in Chile, supporting cross-functional marketing projects and our ongoing translation and localization efforts.
About the Role
The Sr. Project Manager will work closely with the Sr. Manager, GTM Program Management to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional marketing projects that span Creative, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Content, Integrated Marketing, Web, and Enablement teams. This role will also manage translation projects and processes to ensure global consistency and scalability.
You’ll be responsible for driving project execution from intake through delivery, aligning stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, and maintaining operational rigor. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, is highly organized, and knows how to balance details with big-picture goals.
What You’ll Do
● Manage cross-functional marketing projects – Lead project planning, timelines, deliverables, and communication across marketing teams, ensuring alignment with GTM goals.
● Drive translation and localization workstreams – Oversee translation intake, coordination, and delivery, ensuring efficiency and quality across languages and teams.
● Facilitate stakeholder alignment – Coordinate input from Creative, Product, Content, Integrated Marketing, Web, and Enablement teams to ensure smooth execution and clarity on priorities.
● Ensure visibility and accountability – Provide regular project updates, track milestones, and communicate risks and dependencies to key stakeholders.
● Streamline processes – Support the development and optimization of workflows, templates, and tools that enable efficient execution across teams.
● Support cross-team collaboration – Foster strong working relationships and communication channels across functions, helping connect tactical project work to strategic GTM objectives.
● Drive continuous improvement – Identify opportunities to improve how GTME executes, collaborates, and scales its project management practices.
What You Should Have
● 5-8+ years of project management experience in SaaS or a similar fast-paced environment.
● Strong experience managing cross-functional marketing or GTM projects from planning through delivery.
● Experience with translation, localization, or internationalization processes.
● Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with a focus on clarity, collaboration, and accountability.
● Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Notion, Slack, Google Workspace).
● Strong organizational and analytical skills with sharp attention to detail.
● Ability to balance multiple priorities, manage complex dependencies, and drive progress across diverse teams.
● Proven ability to work independently while maintaining strong alignment with leadership and stakeholders.
● Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
