At Pacifica Continental, we are currently working with a prestigious international bank with offices in Miami to recruit a Receptionist / Administrative Support professional. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly professional and dynamic environment, serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.


🧾 Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Operate the PBX or multi-line telephone system to answer and direct incoming calls

  • Maintain the reception and client-facing areas, ensuring they are organized and presentable

  • Provide timely and courteous communication to visitors and callers

  • Offer general administrative assistance to internal departments

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages

  • Support subtenants with administrative requests and logistics

  • Act as liaison with building management for updates and coordination

  • Assist in data entry tasks and maintain accurate internal records

  • Open IT support requests and ensure front desk tech runs smoothly

  • Communicate with vendors for office-related services and supplies

  • Assist employees with facilities and parking-related inquiries

  • Monitor and respond to facilities emails and service tickets

  • Enforce and communicate office administrative policies

  • Provide backup coverage for both administrative and facilities support teams

  • Perform any other tasks as assigned


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, front desk, or receptionist roles

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, structured corporate environment


🎓 Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required


🌐 Languages:

  • English and Portuguese – Excellent verbal and written communication required

  • Spanish is a strong plus
