What are we looking for?
We are currently in search of the best SAP Manufacturing IT Business Consultant Jr, who will assist in solving business challenges, communicating with internal/external partners and IT colleagues, supporting our production processes with global SAP standard functions in combination with innovative solutions.
You will be delivering customer value in a defined business area, using innovative approaches and incorporating new technology. The role involves developing consultancy skills in Demand Management, Project Management, and Service Delivery.

Tasks and Responsibilities
• In your new role, you will act as an expert for existing and new systems and solutions on a technical and process level. In addition, you will analyze, model and implement processes in the production environment.
• Develops expertise in a defined domain, addresses improvement areas, and contributes to strategy implementations, getting to innovative solutions using the latest IT technologies.
• Contributing to the effective creation and management of the necessary IT support, facilitating customer value generation and implementing new technologies when relevant.
• Contribute to the optimization and improvement of processes aligned with supply chain.
• Administratively supports demand management tools and structures, executing the process with stakeholder alignment.
• Integrates roadmap planning of key programs into the demand process and reports on its performance.
• Applies domain knowledge to address moderate complex business challenges innovatively.
• Executes solution design with key stakeholders, adhering to defined standards, and supports local and global customers in implementing solutions.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business information systems or comparable qualification.
• Experience working in international companies, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience working with compliance, dealing with significant regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 2-3 years of professional experience implementing projects with SAP PP/MM.
• Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 25% of working hours).
