Senior Financial Manager

We are supporting a financial institution based in Miami in the search for a Senior Financial Manager to lead core finance and accounting operations in a regulated banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.

  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP, internal controls, and banking regulations.

  • Lead and develop finance and accounting teams.

  • Partner with senior leadership on financial strategy and decision-making.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in finance and accounting within a bank or financial institution.

  • Strong background in banking accounting and financial operations.

  • Portuguese (conversational level) required.

  • Proven leadership experience in regulated environments.

  • CPA is a strong plus.
