General Manager - Dental Products

One of our clients is seeking a General Manager to lead and develop the operations of their dental products factory. The candidate will be responsible for managing all daily activities of the operation, including commercial areas, marketing, finance, operations, production, quality, and after-sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all Marketing and Sales operations to align production strategies with market demands and industry trends.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with the company's short, medium, and long-term objectives.
  • Ensure continuous optimization of production processes, applying principles of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Manage the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and developing leaders within the organization.
  • Control the factory budget, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and health and safety standards.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Significant experience in operations management, preferably in the dental, medical, or pharmaceutical sectors, or related production environments.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating and inspiring the team.
  • Deep understanding of management methodologies and other continuous improvement techniques.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective growth and innovation strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
