Important Global Fintech in Miami is seekingan Operations Associate, Customer Service and Onboarding Specialist who will oversee the onboarding process for the Broker-dealer customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, including KYC procedures. They will handle customer service issues such as trade execution, funding, and corporate actions while collaborating with the customer success team to enhance account management and improve customer experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer onboarding within a fintech or brokerage environment, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to bridge cultural and operational differences between US and Latin American teams. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment, capable of delivering projects and supporting team alignment across different regions.
Location: Miami, 100% on-site.
Requirements:
5-7 years experience in Customer Service and Customer onboarding
Series 7 and 24
US Firm experience, ideally from a bank or a US broker-dealer
Has experience in onboarding customers to broker-dealers / wealth management part of the business
Understand the regulatory requirements surrounding onboarding of US customers
Ideally a Portuguese speaker
Based in Miami, this will be a full-time Miami position

Experience in customer service
How to navigate customer complaints
Develop operational procedures on how to handle customer complaints
Ability to communicate with the broader customer service team in Brazil and explain US best practices
