Position overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the recruitment process for internal positions across Pacifica's global operations, providing a crucial assistance to the recruitment team in various key areas to ensure the execution of the talent acquisition initiatives.
 

Responsabilities:

  • Support the team to deliver the recruitment process for internal positions at Pacifica worldwide: Brazil, LATAM, North America and Europe;
  • Support the team in the development and execution of sourcing strategies to generate a candidate pipeline to meet recruitment goals;
  • Assist in identifying potential candidates through research on LinkedIn, social networks, referrals, and other sources;
  • Assist in resume screening, hunting, phone screenings, and candidate interviews;
  • Assist in the construction of materials for internal meetings;
  • Assist in the creation and optimization of job advertisements;
  • Contribute to the maintenance of candidate databases and internal recruitment systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records;
  • Contribute to the update of candidate report reports and job vacancy control.
 

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s Degree program preferably in Psychology, International Relations, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Advanced English is a must. Spanish is a plus;
  • Business-oriented mindset;
  • Hands-on profile;
  • Ability to work autonomously;
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams;
  • Motivation to work in a multicultural environment.
