Our client, a leading immigration law firm, is looking to hire a Bilingual Psychologist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Conduct interviews with the immigrant population to gather information regarding their psychosocial history (childhood, migration process, interpersonal relationships, work and financial adversity, etc.).
  • Identify the impact of certain situations on the lifestyle, demeanor, and well-being of the clients. 
  • Provide recommendations for professional resources that will be in the client's best interest to improve their immediate environment.
  • Maintain the utmost confidentiality and professional ethics when handling sensitive client information.
  • Clearly communicate and practice active listening when speaking with clients.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff to discuss potential cases and seek guidance on case assessments.
Requirements: 
  • Bilingual: English (Intermediate/Advanced)
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or social work.
  • Previous experience working with vulnerable populations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong empathy, Cultural diversity awareness and understanding of customer needs and concerns.
  • Full-time availability.
  • MUST: Experience with psychometric testing or psycho-diagnostics.

This is an On-site position.
