Our client, a leading immigration law firm, is looking to hire a Bilingual Psychologist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interviews with the immigrant population to gather information regarding their psychosocial history (childhood, migration process, interpersonal relationships, work and financial adversity, etc.).
Identify the impact of certain situations on the lifestyle, demeanor, and well-being of the clients.
Provide recommendations for professional resources that will be in the client's best interest to improve their immediate environment.
Maintain the utmost confidentiality and professional ethics when handling sensitive client information.
Clearly communicate and practice active listening when speaking with clients.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff to discuss potential cases and seek guidance on case assessments.

Requirements:

Bilingual: English (Intermediate/Advanced)
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or social work.
Previous experience working with vulnerable populations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong empathy, Cultural diversity awareness and understanding of customer needs and concerns.
Full-time availability.
MUST: Experience with psychometric testing or psycho-diagnostics.

This is an On-site position.
