Our client, an important sports gaming house, is looking for an Outbound Call Center Agent to join their team.

As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to educate them on our sports betting and gaming services.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Contact existing customers in order to reactivate their accounts.
  • Promote special offers and tailor-made campaigns based on their preferences.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and enhance engagement.
  • Implement customer retention strategies to increase business loyalty.
  • Collaborating with CRM team and other departments to ensure high-level campaign results.
  • Drive new customer acquisition through the conversion of leads into deposits.
  • Build relationships with customers through effective communication and rapport-building techniques.
  • Manage customer complaints and escalate as necessary.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Contribute to team effort by achieving individual and team targets.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in outbound calling or sales provides a distinct advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • An interest in sports and gaming is preferred.
  • English Language is preferred.
