As a VIP Account Manager, working from our premises in Sao Paolo, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
Responsibilities
● Manage a portfolio of Key Account customers.
● Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
● Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
● Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
● Provide assistance to high-end, high-value players and attending to hospitality events.
● Work closely with internal teams, in order to serve high-value customers and provide a VIP customer. experience.
● Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders using key account metrics.
Requirements
● Diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
● Proven experience as an Account Manager in the Gambling industry.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
● Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
● Understanding of CRM tools.
● Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
● Fluency in English.
