- Location: Miami, FL.
- Type of Employment: Full-time.
- Schedule: Hybrid with flexible hours - 2 days/week on-site.

This role involves supporting the implementation of project management methodologies, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and enhancing the overall project management capability of the organization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Language Skills: Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; Spanish is a plus.
- Personal Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Project Oversight: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Methodology Implementation: Develop, implement, and promote project management best practices and methodologies across the organization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project stakeholders, including senior management, to gather requirements, facilitate discussions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations. Ensure that all project information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project delivery.
- Team Support and Training: Provide guidance and support to project teams, including training on project management tools and techniques.
- Performance Measurement: Track project performance metrics and report on project outcomes to senior management, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
