Our client is looking for an experienced and proactive Information Technology Lead to establish and oversee the IT operations of their new facility in Lima, Peru. This position will manage IT infrastructure, support critical business functions, ensure seamless technology integration, and implement corporate IT policies locally. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong technical skills, effective leadership qualities, and a background in managing complex projects in a dynamic environment.
 

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure; Management Design, implement, and maintain a scalable, high-availability IT infrastructure of Lima, Peru, including servers, networks, and telecom systems, to support the facility’s operations.

System Support & Maintenance: Provide robust support for IT systems for Lima, Peru, minimize downtime, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor IT team in Lima, Peru, providing technical guidance, training, and support to foster professional growth and ensure optimal performance.

Project Management: Plan, execute, and complete IT projects for Lima, Peru, coordinating with internal departments and external vendors to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Security & Compliance: Enforce corporate and regulatory IT security policies, manage access controls, and conduct regular audits to maintain data protection and compliance.

Vendor & Budget: Management Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and Lima, Peru - IT budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
