DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE 
 
The Director of Accounting and Finance will oversee all financial activities, including accounting, financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This role is critical to the strategic growth and financial health of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the finance team, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing insights to support decision-making at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the accounting and finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance the company’s financial performance.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and stakeholders.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and strategies.
  • Coordinate audits and work closely with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely completion.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance leadership role.
  • Good knowledge of English and Portuguese.
  • Understanding the iGaming industry, including its financial dynamics, regulatory environment, and market trends is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
