Salesforce Technical Assistant
As a Salesforce Technical Assistant, you will be instrumental in the technical development and enhancement of our Salesforce platforms, including Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Personalization.
This role demands a deep understanding of Salesforce-specific languages and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency in our CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Salesforce Development: Utilize Apex for custom business logic, create sophisticated user interfaces with Visualforce and Lightning Web Components, and maintain Aura Components.
• Database and Query Management: Employ SOQL and SOSL for efficient data querying and manipulation within the Salesforce environment.
• Front-End Development: Implement dynamic client-side scripting using JavaScript, along with HTML and CSS for designing and styling layouts.
• Integration and Optimization: Seamlessly integrate Salesforce with various business systems, focusing on data integrity and consistency.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex issues, ensuring the stability and scalability of Salesforce applications.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with various teams to understand their needs and translate these into effective, user-friendly Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficient in Salesforce-specific languages like Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with modern web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python and Lightning Web Components.
• Knowledge of database management and SQL.
• Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit.
