Our client is looking for a CRM Specialist (User Experience Specialist) responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing in-app messages, push notifications, tooltips, tours, and surveys to improve the user experience for new and existing users.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategy for using tooltips, tours, and surveys to improve the user experience.
- Work with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create and implement effective tooltips, tours, and surveys.
- Measure the effectiveness of tooltips, tours, and surveys and make improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to answer user questions and feedback.
Requirements:
- Strong design, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in tooltips, tours, and survey implementation.
- Experience in UX/UI design
- Experience in user research
- Experience in data analysis
- Knowledge of Chameleon, Customer.io, OneSignal or others CRM Sportbooks systems
- CRM oriented
- Understanding of the gaming industry
- Fluency in English
