We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to join the HR team at a leading petrochemical company. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the development, implementation, and analysis of compensation strategies that attract, motivate, and retain talent. This position requires a solid understanding of compensation practices, market trends, and regulatory compliance within the petrochemical industry.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
  • Support the development and execution of salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and salary surveys.
  • Assist in the preparation and administration of compensation programs, including annual salary reviews and incentive plans.
  • Analyze compensation data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for adjustments based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders to develop compensation strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
  • Maintain and update compensation databases and reporting tools.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or petrochemical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Excel and compensation software (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Certification in Compensation (e.g., CCP Certified Compensation Professional) is a plus.
