- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
- Support the development and execution of salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and salary surveys.
- Assist in the preparation and administration of compensation programs, including annual salary reviews and incentive plans.
- Analyze compensation data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for adjustments based on business needs.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders to develop compensation strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Maintain and update compensation databases and reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or petrochemical environment.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Excel and compensation software (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Certification in Compensation (e.g., CCP Certified Compensation Professional) is a plus.
