Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify, prospect, and establish partnerships with key stakeholders in the iGaming sector, including operators, affiliates, and payment solution providers across LATAM.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with the company’s objectives to increase market penetration and revenue growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Revenue Management: Drive revenue growth through negotiation of commercial terms, upselling, and cross-selling of company products and services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure tailored solutions and seamless client experiences.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales performance reports, including forecasts and insights, to be shared with senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a sales or business development role within the iGaming or technology industry, with a focus on LATAM markets.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the LATAM iGaming ecosystem, including regulatory frameworks and cultural nuances.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; Spanish proficiency is highly desirable.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing strategic partnerships.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently within the LATAM region to meet clients and attend industry events.
