Our client, a leading Immigration Law Firm, is looking to hire a Client Care Specialist to join their team within the psychology department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to clients currently in the psychology stage, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout.
- Send follow-up emails to clients regarding their progress, appointments, and any additional needs.
- Assist clients with the videoconferencing platform, ensuring they can easily access and use the service for their sessions.
- Follow up on payments, ensuring clients are informed about upcoming or outstanding fees.
- Handle client interactions through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and clear communication.
- Maintain and update the team's client database and CRM with accurate, up-to-date information.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients with psychologists, ensuring smooth communication and seamless transitions between sessions.
- Work closely with the psychology team to ensure all client needs are addressed and properly managed.
- Perform general administrative duties, including document management, scheduling, and internal reporting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Customer Service, Customer Care or Virtual Assistant Roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid administrative background, including experience with CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat) effectively.
- Full-time availability.
This is an on-site position based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
