Our client, a leading Immigration Law Firm, is looking to hire a Client Care Specialist to join their team within the psychology department.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to clients currently in the psychology stage, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout.
Send follow-up emails to clients regarding their progress, appointments, and any additional needs.
Assist clients with the videoconferencing platform, ensuring they can easily access and use the service for their sessions.
Follow up on payments, ensuring clients are informed about upcoming or outstanding fees.
Handle client interactions through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and clear communication.
Maintain and update the team's client database and CRM with accurate, up-to-date information.
Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients with psychologists, ensuring smooth communication and seamless transitions between sessions.
Work closely with the psychology team to ensure all client needs are addressed and properly managed.
Perform general administrative duties, including document management, scheduling, and internal reporting.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Customer Service, Customer Care or Virtual Assistant Roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid administrative background, including experience with CRM systems.
Ability to manage multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat) effectively.
Full-time availability.

This is an on-site position based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
