One of our esteemed clients is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to enhance their Customer Service team in Eindhoven. Your Role: Empowering Customer Connections
As a Customer Service Representative, you play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will actively manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate seamless communication between customers, sales, and service teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Manage the complete sales order process from order receipt to dispatch, including contract and quotation support.
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively inform customers about product availability, delays, and address any questions or concerns promptly.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle incoming inquiries and complaints, providing timely resolutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service actions, contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
  • Data Management: Record and track customer data using appropriate systems to ensure up-to-date information.
  • Shipping Coordination: Process shipments, prepare export documentation, and manage inventory transactions efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to support overall business objectives.

Your Profile: What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in an international setting, with the ability to work remotely.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A motivated and creative professional who connects with customers and takes ownership of delivering outstanding service.
  • Value-Added Service: Demonstrated ability to provide customer service that enhances the business and goes beyond mere transactional interactions.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing pressure effectively.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, especially in logistics, with proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel and ERP systems (preferably SAP).
  • Language Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and German; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
  • Export Knowledge: Relevant experience and knowledge of export processes are highly valued.
  • Professional Representation: You will be an ambassador for the company, embodying its values and mission.
  • Team Player: Capable of working independently and collaboratively, with a willingness to engage in both remote and in-office work, including occasional customer visits.
