Overview
They are looking for a highly qualified Sales Representative to join their team in Brazil. This role is focused on promoting and selling their products within the door industry and hardware trade. The ideal candidate has solid experience in technical product sales, particularly in retail and tender-driven environments, and is comfortable working with architects and the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Promote and sell products tailored to the door and hardware sector.
Provide technical advice and product support to customers.
Conduct sales presentations and attend trade fairs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and key decision-makers.
2. Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products.
3. Market Research & Strategy
Perform market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
4. Reporting & Analysis
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Fluent in Portuguese and English (required); knowledge of Spanish and/or German is a plus.
Proven experience in technical product sales, ideally within the door or hardware industry.
Established network and knowledge of the architectural and construction sector in Brazil.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and team-oriented.
Willingness to travel and attend trade fairs as required.
