Intake Agent
Our client, a leading Imigration Law Industry, is looking to hire an Intake Agent to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first or second point of contact for new clients, attentively listening to their cases to fully understand their needs.
- Effectively present the firm’s services, highlighting key offerings that address the client's specific concerns.
- Guide clients through the initial steps of the process, ensuring they feel confident and well-informed.
- Maintain a consultative approach, asking relevant questions to better assess the client’s situation and determine how the firm can provide value.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients, using communication and negotiation skills to influence their decision to engage the firm’s services.
- Track and document interactions with clients, ensuring follow-up actions are taken when necessary.
- Meet or exceed sales and client acquisition targets by securing signed contracts.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition of the client from intake to service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Sales, preferably in phone-based customer interaction.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong active listening and consultative selling abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Availability to work full-time.
This is an on-site position based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
