Assistant Branch Manager
At Pacifica Continental we are looking for an Asistant Branch Mnaager for a well-known international bank.The Assistant Branch Manager supports branch operations, ensuring excellent customer service, deposit and loan growth, and compliance with policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise staff, assist with hiring, training, and performance management.
Ensure daily branch balancing and resolve discrepancies.
Handle customer transactions, account services, and loan processing.
Promote bank products, build customer relationships, and meet sales goals.
Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
Support branch audits and administrative duties (HR documentation, reporting).
Ensure branch efficiency, safety, and professional appearance.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: At least 2 years in banking roles such as Relationship Manager or prior Assistant Branch Manager experience.
Strong leadership, customer service, and sales skills.
Languages: English and Portuguese required.
Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office.
