  • Annual Salary Range: $90K - $120K plus a competitive total compensation package.
  • Bonus: 2.5 times the annual salary.
Requirements
  • US Work Permit.
  • Languages: Portuguese and English.
  • Experience as an HRBP in varied contexts, including startups and organizational development processes.
  • Knowledge of HR with fluid processes, experience in financial sectors, and basic understanding of products.
  • Generalist profile, with the ability to work with people, products, execution, and specific needs of operational areas.
  • Analytical skills, including analysis of metrics like turnover and organizational climate surveys (pulse).
  • Relationship-building skills, critical thinking, and strategic vision.
  • Ability to interpret scenarios and develop action plans.
  • Seniority to interact with C-Level executives and leadership.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between HR and Operations/Technology, fostering effective communication.
  • Analyze performance metrics like turnover and employee engagement to identify improvement areas.
  • Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Support managers in people management issues, including recruitment and conflict resolution.
  • Facilitate the adoption of agile methodologies and promote leadership development programs.
