Our client, a sports gaming house is looking for an IT Junior Support, where his role will be:
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Providing technical support across the company.
- Setting up accounts for new users.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Keep updated the asset management system and hardware inventory.
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
- Coordinates the purchase and deployment of new computer hardware.
Qualification Requirements:
- Degree in relevant Technology field.
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience in a similar position.
- Problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English language
- Computer literacy
- Open to work On Site
