Position overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will be responsible of understanding hiring manager's needs and executing the recruitment processes for their positions with agility and assertiveness.
Your role and main responsibilities:
- Support the team to deliver the recruitment process of internal positions from Pacifica worldwide: Brazil, LATAM, North-America and Europe;
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies in order to generate a candidate pipeline to meet recruiting goals;
- Identify potential candidates with LinkedIn searches, social networking, referrals and other sources;
- Perform CV screening, phone screening, hunting, interviews with candidates and alignment meetings with hiring managers;
- Contribute to the maintenance of candidate databases and recruitment systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records;
- Assist in the creation and optimization of job postings;
- Prepare materials for hiring managers upon demand.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree completed preferably in Psychology, International Relations, Business Administration or related fields;
- Advanced English. Spanish is a plus;
- Business-oriented mindset;
- Hands-on profile;
- Ability to work with a lot of autonomy;
- High level of communication;
- Good relationship skills.
